1037429 - Manual added suggested pins can be duplicated as pinned tabs

While testing Bug 1025062 patches I saw that there still is a way to add dupe suggested sites.

Steps:
1. go to awesome screen add one of the suggested ones as pin
2. Long tap it - Copy address
3. go to an empty thumb pin - tap - Paste the url

Expected Results:
- the suggested pin should move to the new position

Actual Results:
- the pin is duplicated

This is a WONTFIX. If the user intentionally types a URL for a certain position, we should do make it happen. No need to force any previous pinned URLS to move to this position IMO.
