Jared - Would you be able to come on site tomorrow? This is in the SFO common space and we need to have this operational ASAP. Let us know what you can do. Thanks!

Hey Joel, This issue is resolved. Somehow, the Crestron transmitter for this monitor got unplugged from power. This transmitter sits in the equipment rack above the DM 32X32 switcher and the Vidyo box for Commons. I'm a little concerned that people aren't being careful when working on Vidyo boxes or other equipment. I've come across a few bugzilla tickets lately that have been related to things getting unplugged that are difficult to get unplugged by themselves. For instance, I found an HDMI cable in Latte for the table input unplugged from the back of the Extron switcher and the LaunchPort power was also unplugged. I have no problem jumping in to solve these issues but if everyone can try to take more care when working with equipment we could possible cut down some of our issues. Thanks, buddy! Jared

Hey Jared - totally understood and thank you for reporting. All of the SFO Service Desk guys as well as Guillermo/Richard, so we are all in the know of your request in Comment 8 to be a little more careful when servicing the conf rooms. Thanks!

Thank Jared. Thanks for the comments. We will make sure to be extra careful when servicing the rooms. I have spoken to my team members about it. I will try to have Richard or Guillermo give us a quick rundown of the hardware components in the rooms and their functions. I think this will help us identify issues such as there. Thanks for the help as always.
