Description:
When a user launches the YouTube app or YouTube within the browser app, begins to watch a video, receives a call, answers it, and then ends the call, the YouTube video will start from the beginning.

Prerequisites: Be connected to the internet via WiFi, have the Youtube app installed on the device, and have a second device to make a call to the device under test (DUT).

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140711000201
2) Launch the YouTube app or browse to YouTube via the browser on the DUT.
3) Select any video will a decent length (1:00 Minute +)
4) Press play and begin to watch the video.
5) On the second device, call the DUT.
6) Accept and stay in the call for about 3-5 seconds.
7) End the call with the DUT.
8) Observe the Youtube video timeline when returned to the page after the call ends.

Actual:
The YouTube video will restart from the beginning.
Expected:
The YouTube video will be paused and the user has the ability to resume playback from where they left off.

This issue DOES occur on Flame 2.0 (512MB), Flame 2.1 (273MB), Buri 2.0, and Buri 2.1,
