Description: If the user tries to attach music to a message but there is no music on the device or memory card, they will be taken to the blank 'Select a track' screen rather than seeing the normal 'Add songs to get started' error message. Prerequisites: Have no music saved on the device or memory card. Repro Steps: 1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140707000200 2) Messaging > Create a new message > Attach a music file Actual: The user is taken to sit on a blank 'Select a track' screen. Expected: The user sees the message 'Add songs to get started'.
