Details
I propose that media files that support tags (ID3, APE, VorbisComment, etc) be smartly recognized by the Music app as well as Clock/Alarm. If a file is tagged with Genre: Alarm/Alarms/Alarm Tone, the Music app will not show it, but it can be seen/added by Clock. I propose that if possible, Alarm/Alarms/Alarm Tone tagged files when scanned by Music will automagically be added to the list of Custom Alarm tones.

Pretty much every user's Operating System and Media Player/Manager allows for tag editing easily, so doing this from their desktop and transferring over the files should be trivial for them. Allowing tag editing on FFXOS itself might also be a reasonable addition to help the process.
