Actual results: zooming dosen't affect the camera view. its still showing normal view Expected results: camera should able to show zoomed view
Same issue on 20140829 (007f3c50) on my tablet (Flatfish).

I just tested this with: - gonk: v184 (flame w/ 319MB) - gecko: aurora:c4a4b04c617c - gaia: v2.1:778ebac47554e1c4b7e9a952d73e850f58123914 ...and zoom worked properly. Lavish, are you still seeing this issue with more recent builds? There have been a number of changes to the camera code since this bug was filed. YF, are you still seeing this on Flatfish?

I have never seen the preview view changes when using the zooming slider on Flatfish, including on 2014100613215 (f00b5919). In addition, I have never seen about the focus frame, face recognition and other features, it is not suitable for Flatfish? And, I always see a significant out of focus for the rear camera on Flatfish, as well as going through the bug 1073873.

I have flashed the most recent stable buid available in dropbox. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/b2py1btcwstqldl/AAB7RSLHNYoUJYJjHrH8YrPCa/stable?dl=0 and it has the same issue.
