Steps to reproduce:

Contacted bank re error code 6 and was told by tech. section that the online banking was not supported.
Using partners firefox which had not been updated access was given.

Explorer also affected


Actual results:

Bank centre said that there was no problem at there end and that the fault should rectify itself in due course which it did on first occurence (10/06/2014) but not this second time.
