What did you do?

1. Went to https://developer.mozilla.org/de/docs/Web/CSS/shape
2. Clicked the 'BEARBEITEN' button to edit the page
3. Scrolled down to where the attachments for the page should be shown

What happened?

The 'Attachments' section is not visible.

What should have happened?
==========================
The 'Attachments' section should be displayed like when editing the English page.

Is there anything else we should know?
======================================
The section should be moved to the <div class="localized">, where the sections for tags etc. are located.

Once the updated translation UX land, this bug will be marked a duplicate of the other bug.

:davidwalsh, I'm just going to fix the CSS bug that is pushing what's currently there out of sight.
