Details
Newer builds have nice and fast tabbed environment. Users can use "New Navigator Tab" and "Open in New Tab" and forgot "new windows" for ever:) There should be an option if an single-click on link having "target=_blank" opens new window or new tab.

Ever confirmed: true

It would also be neat to have an option to ignore target="_blank" completely. Haven't thought too much about it (if it's a Good Thing(tm) to have such an option and so on). Just my two cents.
Sorry, my above comment can be disregarded, it's covered by bug 78037.
