1038336 - Cannot save "draft" of a feed for a given region without publishing it

If a curator adds Feed Items into a region's Feed, but does NOT hit Publish and then navigates away from this tab (maybe they want to look for content in the Existing Content tab) and then returns to the FeedBuilder tab, all of the content they may have put into a Feed will be lost.

From Scott: "This is fine if this is the way it is, but I wanted to confirm."

This would be nice to have, but let's see if it's going to be something curators really need.

Scott says it's fine! It's kinda hard to do this because we'd have to serialize everything into a custom cache, and when they return we have to deserialize and display it. Too much sauce needed.
