Description:
FTU is force closing to the homescreen.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140714000202
2) Connect to Data/Wifi network
3) Import Sim contacts and Facebook contacts
4) Proceed through the FTU selecting on all external links/pages

Note: While loading external links, scrolling could cause the bug to occur faster.

Actual:
The FTU closes and user is unable to complete the FTU.

Expected:
FTU does not close and user is able to complete the FTU.

This bug repro's on: Flame 2.1 Master, Flame 2.0

Actual Results: The FTU is getting quit out of by scrolling on pages arrived at from external links during the FTU

I tried to get 1.4 results for flame but every time I try to get to the FTU with 273mb set, the phone hangs on the firefox logo. Then if the battery is pulled to get past the hang, the FTU is skipped and the user is taken straight to the lock screen. Also trying to tap on the First Time Use button in Settings does not work because of the message "No first time use app found"

This bug does NOT repro on: Flame 2.1, Flame 2.0, Flame 1.4

Actual Result: The FTU is not closing out when scrolling through external links on 319mb.

There may be a different (graphics?) issue here and in bug 1039754, but the main symptom here should be fixed by bug 1070058 - if a popup window does force-close, you should get dropped back to the FTU not the homescreen. 
I'm going to resolve it, please re-open if you can still reproduce.
