Empty menu  after choosing empty folder in bookmarks.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Manage bookmarks window and insert new folder
2. Close Manage bookmarks window
3. From bookmarks menu choose inserted folder (from step 1.) -> there will be small empty menu.

Expected Results:
There should be no menu for empty folders in bookmarks.

It is not working, no "Empty" label in menu like in http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=33723
still got tiny menu.

worksforme with 101117 mozilla build on win2K. creating a new folder in
bookmarks manager and viewing the folder contents using the Bookmarks menu gives
an (Empty) item.

The same problem as in screenshoot - http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=52748&action=view

I've noticed that Empty label is only visible after creating new folder (probably in build > 20011011), when I got _old_ empty folder in bookmarks (eg. created with old build - 20011009) there is still Tiny menu _without_ Empty label/text.

Woohohoo... Second - after restarting Mozilla both folders (created with old build and new) have tiny menu without Empty label.

Confirming on 2001101603 on Win2K.

Steps to reproduce:
1- In Bookmark Manager, create a bookmark in an empty folder
2- Open a new browser window (to get rid of bug 79411)
3- Open the bookmark menu and view the folder

Downgrading to minor.
