STR:
1) Go to http://people.mozilla.org/~bnicholson/test/window.html
2) Optionally uncheck "Don't ask again for this site"
3) Click Show

After clicking Show, nothing happens. Additionally, the page goes blank, and the reload and back buttons don't work. To fix it, you need to select another tab, then reselect this tab, indicating that something gets messed up with the currently selected tab.

Note that if you leave "Don't ask again for this site" checked in step 2, the window will open the next time you try the STR.

Reproducible on 31+, but not 30.
