Mortar templates are supposed to be simple to grasp, easy to use and demonstrating best practices.

Providing an unminified build that loads x files on the fly is definitely not a best practice when building mobile web sites. We need a distributable version of Brick that is in just two files (JS, CSS) just as it used to be when based on X-Tag.
