If Twitter is signed in, restarting the device causes the account to get signed out when relaunching the app. When it first launches, it is signed in for a second or two then the account is signed out and the login screen appears.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140716000201
2) Download and install Twitter either through marketplace or E.me
3) Launch Twitter app
4) Sign into an account
5) Restart the device and proceed to the homescreen
6) Launch Twitter app

Actual:
Twitter account gets signed out

Expected:
Twitter account stays signed in

This issue reproduces on Flame 2.1, Flame 2.0, and Flame 1.4

Actual Results: Twitter is signed in for 2 seconds and then transitions to the log-in screen. On 1.4 it stayed signed in for 5 seconds before transition.
