Description:
If the user installs the Cut the Rope app from the Marketplace, then taps Launch after installation is complete, they will hear the menu music begin to play but the graphics will not appear.  The user's view will remain in the Marketplace.


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140707000200
2) Connect device to wifi
3) Marketplace > Cut the Rope > Install
4) Tap Launch after installation is complete
5) If issue is not seen, factory reset device and repeat steps 2-4

Actual:
The user will hear the menu music launch but will not see the app launch.

Expected:
App graphics launch along with the music after 'Launch' is tapped.

I could not reproduce this issue, adding qawanted to try and nail down a more solid STR.

The bug reproed using the provided STR on the reported build (2.0 build 20140707000200).  However, I was unable to repro on today's 2.0 build.

After 10 attempts to repro the bug on the build in comment 2, I was unable to repro even once.

Actual result:  After launching Cut the Rope from the Launch button in the Marketplace, the splash screen for the game appears, then the loading screen along with the game music.
