1) Enable `firefox-accounts` waffle switch. 2) Notice after 30 seconds (the Persona timeout), you get a notification saying "Persona cannot be reached. Try again later." Firstly, if we're using Firefox Accounts, the Persona `include.js` should not be loaded at all (that's bug 1038985). But we shouldn't be timing out if Persona couldn't be loaded (and showing the notification).

Mmm, could be some kind of race condition, like we'd get the waffle switches to late or something like that. I'll look into it.
