Steps to reproduce:

1. Select message filters of an mail account except the first listed account. This should bring up the message filters window.
2. Click the accounts combo box.


Actual results:

The first account is highlighted by default.


Expected results:

The current account must be highlighted.

NOT reproducible with  en-US (German language pack) SeaMonkey 2.38  (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:41.0)  Gecko/20100101 Firefox/41.0 Build 20150923195647  (Classic Theme) on German WIN7 64bit:

0. Launch Email client
1. Click second (POP3) email-account 's inbox in folders pane
2. Menu 'Tools → Message Filters'
   » Filter dialog appears, dropdown shows selected (second) account
3.  Click Account selector dropdown                                         :-)
   » List of accounts appears, selected one from step 1 shown at the top of
     the list (or at the bottom, if the list opens upwards) highlighted     :-)

b) My description in Comment 1 Step 3 is misleading. There is no highlighted
   account, but the dropdown heading (from step 2) still is shown with entry
   form Step 1
c) REPRODUCIBLE with  DE SeaMonkey 2.26.1  (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:29.0)
   Gecko/20100101 Firefox/29.0  Build 20140612174402  (Classic Theme) on 
   German WIN7 64bit:
   Additionally to dropdown heading from step 1 the first account on list of 
   accounts is highlighted as if it should be during mouseover.
  <Enter> in this moment would select this first account for filtering
d) No longer reproducible with en-US SeaMonkey 2.33.1 Gecko/20100101
   Build 20150321194901 (Classic Theme) on German WIN7 64bit
e) I did not test versions between 2.26.1 and 2.33.1
