Steps to reproduce:

Login to https://mozillians-dev.allizom.org/ using a vouched account and go to
https://mozillians-dev.allizom.org/en-US/invite/
Fill in the required details and click send invite


Actual results:

Nothing happens after clicking the button.


Expected results:

Something! User should be notified whether the invite operation has been successful or not.

I've tested this on dev and clicking the button now works. The user is informed that the invite has been sent and is given the chance to invite someone else. Verifying this.
