We should delete this file; it's unused, obsolete, and unsupported.

This patch simply remove the obsolete file.

I just use the virtualenv provided by the "./mach build command" and it works well.

From the root mozilla-central directory, just hit something like this in the command line prompt to use this virtualenv (for GNU/Linux):

. obj-x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu/_virtualenv/bin/activate

Then you can run marionette tests easily by running "python runtests.py ..." from the "testing/marionette/client/marionette" folder.
