It used to only kill the running application, which was super handy and faster than quitting Firefox...

Hmm, do you remember which version you were running with this behaviour?

I don't mind fixing this bug (though I'm actually not sure how it could have ever worked that way), but  note that you don't actually have to kill firefox to continue with mozregression. Just select one of the options (e.g. 'g' or 'b') and it'll kill firefox for you.

Not really...

Oh, cool!  That is another difference from the old version I'm talking about above!
Is this still considered a bug ?
Well, I suppose it is no more a valid bug, so I close it as WONTFIX. Feel free to repoen it if my guess is wrong. :)
