Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the Clock app.
2. Set an alarm. (e.g. current time is 09:06, set the alarm at 09:07)
3. Wait the time reaching.

The alarm cannot be triggered at 09:07

The issue is resolved with a TCP build from today's master.
