With Bug 1034049, we now have firstrun page for nightly redesigned. However like Bug 996608 and most of zh-TW pages hosted on mozilla.org, are redirected to mozilla.com.tw, which still uses the old design[1]. We should also remove this redirection as well. [1] https://mozilla.com.tw/firefox/nightly/firstrun/?oldversion=30.0
