"Firefox Hello" isn't supposed to be localized, but it's in the l10n files per bug 1017756.

That string shouldn't be there. Either hard-code it in the code, or move it to brand.properties in shared.

That'd still expose the string to localizers in inofficial builds, though, and wouldn't fix the late-l10n-ess for 2.0.
We did the back out of bug 1017756, so I will close this bug and we will address the changes explained by Axel in bug 1017756, to avoid asking for the approval or nominating two bugs.
