right clicking on image in this page gives incorrect context menu (lowsrc related?)

Details

Go to the above url, and right-click on the map image.  The context menu comes
up, but has frame related items (Open Frame in New Window and View Frame Source,
Info).  Clicking these items does nothing.  The context menu does not have View
Image on it.  This image has a lowsrc attribute, maybe that is causing it?
This is with build id: 2001100503
(In the words of the immortal pinkerton: "Content, not toolkit").

In the end, it's the <input type=image> that trips this up, not the lowsrc 
attribute. This is bug 83883, although I should amend the summary for that 
one, since it is better than it used to be, but still not right, as noted 
above.
