1041016 - OrangeFactor logging all testruns with a buildid of 20010101

For some reason, all of the testrun data that the OF logparser is inserting into ES contains:

buildid": "20010101000000",

This is no new data to appear in OF.  I haven't quite tracked down why this is happening.

Attachment: Make buildid matching more tolerant,

Ugh, the buildid's in the logs changed from buildid 'foo' to buildid foo (no quotes).  This changes our parser to work either way.

Deployed; we'll see if this fixes the problem.
