The gaia calendar UI shows an orange (highlighted) border around today. (This is a useful and important feature.) However, sometimes I notice that this highlight is highlighting yesterday. If I kill the calendar app and restart it, the problem is fixed. It seems like this might not be automatically updating while the calendar app is running. I'm running B2G master on a flame - self-built VARIANT=user builds. (I never saw this on the hamachi because it didn't have enough RAM for the calendar app to stay running between days!)
STR: 1. Set date and time as 21 Jul 2014 & time to 11:58 PM. 2. Start calendar app and select Month View. 3. Observe the highlight orange square is over 21 4. Wait for 3 mins ( by this time it is 22 Jul 2014 and 00:01 AM) Actuals: Even though the date is changed the date highlight square is over 21 Evan Tseng, could you please suggest who can conf the UX behavior? I think following should be expected. Highlight square is over 22.

Hi Harly, How do you think about Comment 1? Is it a bug for the expected UX behavior?

Hi Evan, Yes, I think this is a bug, the expected UX behavior for the orange square is to indicate today, and should change accordingly to if the date changes.

So we currently don't update the ui as time elapses. For instance, we don't scroll to the next day, week, or month views on day/week/month change. The orange day box is a particularly annoying / weird instance though, so we should prioritize views updating as time passes (as a feature).
