It has a BOM, it's not in UTF-8, and bugzilla detected the file as HTML.

The committed file was seriously broken by the HTML passage. I tried to fix it in r130408, but you should all double check that.

Francesco, I'm copy/pasting the text in vim. Are you saying that even that leaves it broken?

That fixes BOM or enconding, not the fact that some special characters are escaped (<,>), or douple spaces removed.
