104132 - Refresh of home page loses data

Saw this all platforms:
Win32 2001-10-10-05Branch
Linux 2001-10-10-04Branch
Mac 2001-10-10-03Branch

Stesp to repro:
1)Click the home link on the browser to go to the default home page for Netscape.
Verify you can see all sections as you scroll down the page (Business and
Finanace, Shop, Fun and Tech.)
2a)Click the Reload button on the browser toolbar 
OR
2b)Close the browser window and then invoke it again by going to Tasks-->Navigator
3)Scroll down and be sure you can see all the same sections again

Actual results: Only the first section can be seen (Business and finance)
Shop Fun and tech are missing, and replaced by a huge blue section on the page.
The tabs at the top for these sections do noting when clicked.

I think this is also related, but the "Show links" link at the top of a bugzilla
bug when it's viewed after querying on it (in a saved query) also doesn't
refresh the screen properly: 
I.E. I have just verified a bug, and then click on the "Show Links" at the top
of the bug after having opened it again after the commit has been made. This
link takes me back to the list but the bug status shows it's still resolved
instead of verified. 
(This link runs the "http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/buglist.cgi?regetlastlist=1"
when clicked.)

this situation?

I'm not able to reproduce using 2001-10-10 commercial branch on WinNT or Win98
using 2a) or 2b) above.

Suzanne - I'm not seeing this on Mac OX 094 branch 10-10 builds.  Do you see
this on a new profile with default preference settings?

I am using the same builds as yesterday but don't see this anymore. Could they
have done anything at the Netscape.com site?
I'll break out the bugscape bug issue as a sepaarte issue if I still see it today.
