Attached patch TrustLevel.patchSplinter Review
Currently, we use references instead of pointers whenever possible (whenever something isn't optional) to avoid null-pointer references. However, the code that calculates and passes around TrustLevel was written in the earlier style where out parameters were usually pointers. This patch updates the code to the safer style.
