Overall I have a hard time finding site where we get the x-original-content-length is set. I also have no idea what the "fork" option is and if the ad blocker works!
I think :esawin cleared this up on irc, but just for completeness:

The 'fork' option changes the proxy behavior such that it only returns transformed content if it is cached. If not, we send the unmodified response directly to the client. This configuration prioritizes latency over bandwidth usage. I think we may have a shot at just figuring this out automatically on a per-client basis, but right now we make you choose.

The ad blocker might be busted right now because the URL we are using to get the list of hosts to block seems to be kinda flaky.
