Actual results:

I was going to add the addon, but noticed that it had not yet been fully tested, so a warning icon was displayed next to the install button. I then noticed a note by the author of the addon saying that this wasn't the latest version of the add-on, and that it had to be downloaded from there site for the latest version - to quote:

IMPORTANT
Version 1.74 is not compatible with Firefox 23 and later. You need to go to my site to get newer version. Please goto https://sites.google.com/site/sonthakit/bookmarkfaviconchanger

Expected results:

The add-on should be fully validated, and the up-to-date version hosted by Mozilla/Firefox.

The listing has been taken down since we had already warned the developer about advertising newer versions that weren't going to be submitted to AMO. We can't force developers to submit their updates to us, however.
