Details

TouchCaret.cpp and SelectionCarets.cpp need to perform some similar tasks. For example, toggle the frame element's visibility, GetCaretFocusFrame(), GetCaretVisible(), and so on. We could extract common utility functions to make the code more cleaner and easier to read.
