Details

Right now we need to save the information needed to perform matching, and this info is stored in the GCDS, which will be accessible for anyone, leaking some information from DataStores that won't allow other apps to access their information.

We should make this accessible just by certified, or just even by contacts since the info for doing the contact macthing will happen just in GCDS and Contacts.
