We should have people dedicated to keeping conversations going and engaging in this module, to encourage and inspire other people. These should be people familiar with the topic and invested in engaging participants. They could come from partner orgs, and all they would have to do is make, share and discuss in the course. In particular, starting conversations in the course discourse will help us promote and share the activity around the topic: http://discourse.webmakerprototypes.org/category/training/net-neutrality
I'd recommend explicitly inviting the staff you want as ringers (Kat, Chad, Doug, Dave, Alina and Andrea) as well as any partners. Then doing a huddle 1 week before training starts so ringers know what's expected, how to facilitate and otherwise ensure things go smoothly.
