Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:33.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/33.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20140719030203
Steps to reproduce:
Go to YouTube or any Video site that has HTML5 or Flash HD video playback. Watch a video and try to pause or stop it randomly. This happens often but not to every video.
Actual results:
The entire browser freezes and becomes non responsive. The plugin container and Mozilla eventually hang for eternity or crash totally.
Expected results:
The video should stop or pause and nothing should crash.

Please check if the issue occurs using Firefox in safe mode (with your addons disabled):
http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode
And on a new, empty profile:

Product: Firefox → Core
Well it turns out it is a plugin/addon causing the issue ( turn off the lights ). But I don't know if this is a plugin issue or a FireFox issue now because when I tried to disable plugin by plugin some would not disable I had to delete them test and then reinstall. No matter how many times I restarted the browser they would not disable till they were removed. ( I had tried safe mode before so I thought It was FireFox but again they just didnt disable )

Did you try on a clean profile ?
Yes the browser ran fine but a few plugins would not disable with restart even on a clean profile.

On a clean profile, nothing should be disabled.
In safe mode, only the extensions (addons) should disable. The plugins remain enabled.
So, if everything's ok in safe mode/new profile, it means one of your addons is causing the problem. It's an addon issue and not a Firefox one. You can disable them manually one by one until you find the culprit. Make sure to send then a notification to the addon's developer about the problem.

Sorry I guess I did not explain what I did properly.
I tried the old profile in safe mode and the plugins still ran.
I then created a new profile and tried the browser ran just fine no issues.
I then installed my plugins back into a clean profile and the issue came back.
I then tried with a clean profile to remove the addons one at a time and that is where I found the issue of them not disabling.
If I deleted the addons they were gone but disabling them did nothing. It would say this addon will be disabled with a restart, so I would click restart and nothing would happen the addons just stayed enabled.
So I guess this would be a different bug then I originally posted. The bug seems to be that some addons are not being disabled.
