1041662 - Remove warning about Firefox OS from supported countries

Some time last year we introduced a warning about Firefox OS not being available in certain countries to make sure localizers wouldn't localize content for a non-existing audience. The message show up when people click on translate on any Firefox OS article.

Since we implemented that Firefox was launched in a number of different countries. I don't know what the initial set of countries was, but we should update that to current set. Hermina, can you give us a list of locales that should have content localized?

We should certainly remove that notice from French, as Goofy already asked for it.

Bengali has two version, bn-IN and bn-BD. bn-BD represent Bangladesh.

As per blog announcement, Firefox OS KB article also should be localized in Tamil language. So I propose "ta" locale also should be removed from the warning list.

Mike, thanks for removing warning from bn-BD locale. But, as per blog post announcement, Firefox OS Article should be localized in both bn-BD and bn-IN locale. So, warning from bn-IN locale also should be removed.

Moreover, In your pull request,for not showing warning in "Hindi" you have added "hi" locale, but it should be "hi-IN".

I have added "bn-IN" and "ta" locale as per mentioned.
Corrected the locale short form of "Hindi" from "hi" to "hi-IN"
