Steps to reproduce:
On my cell phone (Flame phone with OS 1.3.0.0-prerelease, Update channel default, Platform version Gecko 28.0) I went to Settings -> Device information -> System Updates, clicked on Check for updates.
Actual results:
Note that "The system is already up to date." is displayed with OK button.
Also indicator of Notification is displayed in Status bar.
Unfortunately notification can not be cleared, because "Clear all" button is greyed out, see attachment.
Expected results:
"Clear all" button should be active and it should be possible to clear notification.
