steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/curate/manage
2. For the Featured Apps, scroll down and click "More"
3. Notice that it is not very clear that you can continue to scroll down.

observed behavior:

Feed elements need better pagination. currently it feels pretty clunky.
Blocks: 1033040
No longer blocks: 1037045
It's pretty clunky, but it works for now. It's intended for search to the primary means of discovery, so I'm going to P5 this and nominate it for closing.
Priority: -- → P5
Internal tool. If it really blocks curator productivity, we can reopen this later.
