between 10/10 and 10/11.

Sorry, but with build 2001101408 I see the same problem.
OS is Windows 2000.

1) Do you need other informations about my system?

2) The first comment of Marc Boullet talked about regression.
Is this a duplicate of an old bug? If so, I could check the
URL reported in that bug.

Confirming. I can reproduce this on several other pages too. When I scroll
(mouse, pageup/down, arrows..) the page, I see horizontal lines over images. The
lines are exactly in places which are on the edge of page and status bar of
Mozilla. When you scroll down, the image moves up and there is a horizontal line
over the place which was on the edge of page and status bar right before you
moved the page.

My system is current Red Hat Rawhide Linux and I have mozilla 0.9.5 release. I
didn't see this problem with current 0.9.4_BRANCH on same system.

Try scrolling http://underground.cz/712 over screenshots of mozilla, or try
mouse scroll down on http://www.netem.cz/index.php and watch small images on the
right side of articles.

Ever confirmed: true
I cannot reproduce this with my latest build (10-15), but from the descriptions
this is not a layout problem. It is either an image problem or a general
rndering problem. Assigning to imagelib first, in case the regression window
coincides with some known changes to imagelib. CC'ing kevin for the possible
rendering issues.

I've also been having the problem with horizontal lines over images. Scrolling
through http://www.fark.com covers with white lines most (but not all) of the
small rectangular images that give a one- or two-word description of the
articles they're displayed next to ('Amusing', 'Ironic', etc.). At first I
thought it might be a characteristic of the image being scrolled that triggers
this behavior, such as the file format or size, but the same image loaded into
the page three times might only demonstrate this problem in two places on the
page. I'm currently using Mozilla 0.9.15 on Linux 2.4.9 under XFree86
4.1.0.1/KDE 2.2.1, but can also reproduce this with a recent nightly build
(20011027).
I have had the same problem for a long time and it's still there in 0.9.5, and
sometimes also with text. So it might not be a imagelib problem, rather some
scrolling-problem. I guess scrolling is done with some bitblt that is off by one
and that also blits the top line of the statusline when scrolling.

The bug http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=83289 seems to be the exact
same thing but with a lot more comments then this bug.
I agree with db@zigo.dhs.org, therefore, marking dup
