[Blocking Requested - why for this release]: 1.play the video in the attachment. 2.In the process of video playing, drag the progress bar result: the video pauses and when you press the play button,it will play from the beginning of the video.

I have reproduced the behavior with the attached video. My guess is the video is lacking cue points (keyframes) as described here https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=996398#c28 Chris, can you provide the list of cue points (keyframes) for the attached video? Thanks.

After more investigation, there are something odd with this video in that the video app is getting an 'ended' event at 1:29. At this point, the current video position moves directly to the end of the video. Chris, can you shed some light on this?

I get the same behaviour playing on desktop Firefox in Windows. The video file must be corrupt.
