104206 - smaller icons in Composer themes (narrow gaps between icons)

Composer needs slightly smaller icons on it's top toolbar (about 30 by 30 
pixels?).  Also, there is currently too much gap between each pair of icons.  The 
gap should be reduced a few pixels unless the smaller icon size is sufficient to 
bring the icons closer together.
