Description:
The user is unable to zoom or scale the Taobao mobile website.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140722000200
2) Connect to wifi/data
3) Launch browser and navigate to http://m.taobao.com/
4) Attempt to zoom in and out

Actual:
The user is unable to zoom the Taobao website.

Expected:
User is able to scale up to two times and slightly zoom out (as per test case https://moztrap.mozilla.org/manage/case/2538/).

I think this is NAB. I could not zoom in or out on the website using my Android phone either. I think the test case needs to be updated.

This is a valid test case. The user should be able to zoom in on the Taobao website.

Test case has been disabled in moztrap because this issue is not valid. The user cannot zoom in or out on this website using an android device either.
