This bug is to update the Task API to include information about attempts for a particular task and the active state of attempt.

It should support GET and POST requests and allow to remotely create tasks with attempts.
Assignee: nobody → mozpankaj1994
Working on this.
:bsilverberg is on PTO[July 21 - August 3] and would not be able to review pull request during this time period.

So I request :Osmose to review this pull request as this is blocking Bug 1038618
