steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/curate/manage
2. Go to the 'Collections' section
3. Notice the count next to section label
expected behavior:
The count lists the total # of existing collections
observed behavior:
The count always lists 5 no matter how many collections/featured app/etc actually exist
True for all feed element types.
