Description: While on Homescreen the Wifi would randomly disconnect/reconnect multiple times NOTE: Steps are wanted, these steps are where I found the issue occur. Repro Steps: 1) Update a Flame to 20140722040212 2) Turn on Cell Data and connect to a Wifi network 3) Proceed to the Homescreen 4) Let phone timeout for around 20 minutes Actual: Wifi disconnects then reconnects multiple times Expected: Wifi does not disconnect then reconnect multiple times Environmental Variables: Device: Flame Master Build ID: 20140722040212 Gaia: e423c3be8d19c9a8a5ae2571f499c36dc6b0df89 Gecko: 6f702709fab6 Version: 34.0a1 (Master) Firmware Version: v122 User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Mobile; rv:33.0) Gecko/33.0 Firefox/33.0 Notes: See attached: logcat
Issue occurs on 273mb on 2.1 Flame Steps are wanted to accurately reproduce this bug and also to check branches.

I'm unable to reproduce this issue with the reporters build using 319mb or 512mb. Wifi seems stable. I'm leaving the Steps-Wanted tag so that another tester can try to repro. Added updated logcat (Comment 4). Added video to URL field.
I was unable to reproduce or find STR illustrated by the video and logcat (provided by the bug reporter) listed in Comment 4 and Comment 5. Repro Attempts: 15 Actual Results: Wifi successfully reconnects once device is unlocked after 10 minutes of inactivity.
