While testing commbadge in prod, I submitted an app and then rejected it, and never received an email notification that action was taken on my app. Sending an info request also didn't generate an email.

schoewilliam got his emails when I info requested and rejected an app I asked him to submit. Were you reviewing your own submission? (maybe the emails got suppressed for that reason)

If you performed the action yourself on your own app, you won't get a notification. It excludes the performer of the action (or the author of the note) from the recipient list.

Re-open if posters of their own comments should be notified of something they just did. But closing since it seems this was a self-review.
