Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/36.0.1985.125 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
1. Ensure you have Adobe Reader plugin active (install Adobe Reader set it to Always Activate)
2. close Firefox and start it again
3. go to https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/34683918/Mozilla%20Issue/htmlSimple.html
Actual results:
Sometimes a blank page is seen instead of the Adobe Reader plugin with the PDF content inside and sometimes we can see the PDF. A movie with the issue can be found here: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/34683918/Mozilla%20Issue/bug_record.avi
We have save the Dump file here:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/34683918/Mozilla%20Issue/plugin-container.zip
When the PDF is not visible, even if we see that the pdf is received from Task Manager we see the following error for Firefox:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/34683918/Mozilla%20Issue/mozilla_error.png
We have noticed that this issue is happening when loading time is longer than 9 second, the PDF file is a large one (25MB in our case) and the Internet connection is slow.
Expected results:
The plugin should have loaded and shown the PDF content.

Hello Cristina, Thanks for reporting this issue and sorry for getting back to you so late. I have built in PDF viewer and I tried duplicating this issue on the latest version of Firefox but couldn't reproduce it. Attached is the screenshot of timing.
Please note:
1.By default, Firefox uses its built-in PDF Viewer.
2.The new Windows 64-bit version of Firefox does not recognize or support the Adobe Reader browser plugin; you can use the built-in PDF Viewer instead.
Name Firefox
Version 43.0.4
Build ID 20160105164030
Update Channel release
User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:43.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/43.0
I would request you to retest this on the latest released version of Firefox and let us know your finding.
