Details

Turn on Firefox Accounts for B2G 2.0 when its accessed as a packaged app. This will override the waffle flag in this instance. This will allow testing of native Firefox Accounts experience with the marketplace.

However this does come with a caveat: Persona and Firefox Accounts will be allowed to login to the Marketplace at the same time. This is something we wanted to avoid, but should be ok from a technical point of view, just confusing for end users and anyone testing this.
