Not sure if you have to have the username/password save already, but it is
placing my username and password (star'ed out) both on top of the "email
address" field of the form.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. http://www.ofoto.com/Welcome.jsp
2. Observe the username/field when they are prefilled in by mozilla
3.

Actual Results:  A jarbled mess.

Expected Results:  Pretty layout.
Duplicate of "form field text appears outside form field"
